Dear All,
Dr. Krishna Gopal Dwivedi Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, the foremost private AYUSH institution of Bundelkhand, is located at the outskirts of Jhansi. We provide quality medical education in Ancient Ayurveda as well as in modern medicine.
The institution has a full-fledged Ayurvedic Hospital, the students are ensured of qualitative practical experience along with teaching offered by learned Ayurvedic medical practitioners and scholars.
Started in 2015, our institution has grown spectacularly in multiple directions and reached to the present stage.
The institute possesses a large Campus both for academic and hospital facilities separately.
We provide traditional academic facilities like Classroom teaching, conducted by dedicated and highly qualified teaching faculty who at every step is ready to counsel the students.
The college has an extensive library with a large number of books and journals pertaining to ancient Ayurveda texts, journals as well as books of Modern medicines.
College administration also focuses on extracurricular cultural activities, research and sports facilities for students for their overall personality development.
The college herbal garden at the campus spreads over 2 acres, & houses more than 150 medicinal herbs.
The theory without practice is fruitless and can only produce mediocre health practitioners. Keeping this in mind, we have developed well-equipped laboratories including dissection rooms for students to learn and practice.
Having the facility of both OPD and IPD, we have 60 beds available in our hospital campus to provide the needed facilities for teaching students and training them in a more dynamic way.
We also provide investigative facilities for our patients at the hospital campus.
To provide genuine quality medicines to the patients, we have a well developed and robust pharmacy at our campus, which produces many ayurvedic medicines with pure indigenous herbs. This also gives opportunity to the students to study the herbs and learn their preparation & practical uses efficiently.
Ayurveda in modern times is not just an ancient complete system of medicine, but is also being preferred as the primary choice for treatment of diseases. In recent years, Ayurveda & Panchakarma has garnered much popularity in India & abroad. In addition to this, we also have a well-developed Panchkarma facility available to treat the patients with the ancient practice of 5 major kriyas, & many other minor procedures.
We also provide good hostel accommodation facilities for outdoor students with all the required facilities.
We believe the medical field is not just a profession but a medium of serving the society and the needy, and we aspire to develop such character in our students and to such commitment, We conduct annual Medical and Eye camps in the district of Jhansi, to provide free services to poor and needy with great enthusiastic participation from our Students. Where they not only learn to become a good health practitioner but also develop their character as a sensitive and helpful human being.
